Property owners and agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. If you are listing a Paying Guest (PG) accommodation, you must provide necessary KYC details. Buyers and tenants are encouraged to verify all property details independently before making any payments.
Subscription fees apply for certain premium features as detailed on our pricing page. Currently, buyers are exempt from service fees, subject to change with prior notice.
Baiyabasa is an intermediary platform. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on information provided by other users.
